About the Event
The Crystalline Energy is the energy of the new era. Crystalline Energy is the energy of light and love, which means that anything that is not in alignment with love and your higher self will slowly wash away.
During this meditation, you will be guided on a journey to renew and rejuvenate your body using Crystalline Energy, Light and Sound, allowing you to experience the flowing light throughout your body and auric field thus bringing forth clarity along with awakening the vibration of purification of your energy.
Prior to the meditation you will be able to pick from a bowl of healing crystals that you can borrow to help with the meditation. If you choose to purchase the crystal you may do so after class. Crystals will cost between $3-$5 depending on the type of crystal that week.
You will be lying down for this meditation. We have blankets but you may want to bring a pillow, mat and/or something to make it more comfortable for you. Please wear comfortable clothes.
